Orders typically ship within 1 business day.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Within the continental United States, please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. You should receive an email notification when your package ships. If you have not received your prescription within the 5-7 day window, please contact us.

How do I change my shipping address?

Autoship allows you to avoid the trouble of reordering. There are 3 ways to purchase your Doctor's Optimal Formula prescription.

• One Time Purchase

A purchase of one product, once does not utilize autoship features.

• Autoship, monthly

Enrolling in this autoship feature ensures you, the patient, receives your One prescription every One month.

• Autoship, every 3 months

Enrolling in this autoship feature ensures that you receive Three products every Three months. By enrolling in this feature, with Four deliveries to you yearly, you qualify immediately for Free Shipping.

Why do I need a seperate account for autoship

Because of enhanced security, Doctor's Optimal Formula does not store any sensitive data on our servers. For this reason, we have opted to utilize a separate portal for the autoship feature for our customers. You will need to create a second account for this specialized portal, however, and your login credentials for Doctor's Optimal Formula will be unsuccessful at this time.

Does that mean you store my credit card?

No confidential merchant data is stored on our servers. Everything is save with bank-grade encryption with our merchant processor.

How do I order autoship?

For you to enroll in autoship you must be registered as a customer. If you are not already a customer, please create an account. Once you are logged in, you may participate in the autoship feature of your choice from any given product page. Simply click the 'enroll in autoship button' for the product of your choice, and create an account through our autoship portal. You may also contacting us by phone or email.

What if I want to cancel my autoship?

No problem. Once you are logged in to your autoship portal, you can see your upcoming, autoship orders. From there you'll be able to cancel, or by contacting us.

What if I want to change/pause/cancel autoship?

What if I want to use a new credit card or my current card expires?

When do my supplements expire?

When kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, our products will last a minimum of 2 years from the date of manufacture. If you have any concerns over your trusted Doctor's Optimal Formula prescription, we encourage you to contact us.

How long does 1 bottle last?

When the recommended dosage is taken, the majority of our nutraceuticals and supplemental therapeutics last 30 days. Our Meso Plus Astaxanthin formula lasts 90 days, because the recommended daily dosage is One pill Every day, with 90 capsules included per bottle.

Supplements usually bother my stomach. Will this be an issue?

For many patients, this is an issue with all supplements. Instead of taking both pills at once, we recommend take one in the morning with breakfast, and one in the evening with dinner. Please note, if you are sensitive to ingesting supplements and have any gastric distress, it is encouraged that you take them with food always.

What if I have trouble swallowing pills?

For every supplement we offer (other than Dry Eye Formula, Dry Eye Extreme, and Omega Formula) you can easily break open the capsules and sprinkle the pills over food.

Because Doctor's Optimal Formula dispenses medically exclusive nutraceuticals and supplemental therapeutics, you must be referred by a physician provider to purchase. To start ordering you can either enter your doctor's Provider ID, or click 'Join' and create an account.
